Training History

To view your training history:

1. Go to the BNL Training History website
2. Enter your last name OR BNL Life/Guest number.
3. Click on "Print Complete Status Profile." The page will display the job codes you are linked to, the training requirements for each JTA, and the current status of each course (date last taken or "Expired" or "Incomplete".)

If you have taken a course more than once, then it will be listed several times. If a course is listed in red, then it has expired (and hopefully, you have taken it again and this most recent listing would not be red.)

Electronic copies of training records for NSLS courses are maintained by the NSLS Training Coordinator:

• NSLS Environmental Awareness Training
• BLOSA
• ESH Briefings
• Control Room Training (NSLS specific courses only)
• Machine Shop Evaluations
• Crane and Forklift Practicals
• All Other NSLS Courses (LS-*)
