VUV: U. of Florida group is planning to come for timing runs during July.
Their proposed timing schedule is:

July 12: 1800 – 0230 Timing 7 bunch detuned

July 18: 1800 – 0230 Timing 7 bunch detuned

Machine Status

VUV ring in operations. X-ray ring to start commissioning shortly.

Automatic LN2 System - Payman Mortazavi

Presentation of the new LN2 filling station: just connect (correctly) and
push a button and the dewar will fill up automatically. A lot of new safety
features. It will be ready in a few days. Next step will be training of
people. A web course is in preparation. A camera pointing at the LN2 fill
station is working; it will be possible to use it via the web to see if anybody
is using it (web address not ready yet).
