It's your responsibility to reserve your own accommodations.

Lodging at Brookhaven (onsite housing)

Brookhaven has limited onsite accommodations which will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact the BNL Housing Office directly to make your own onsite reservation. Please see the section below called "Accommodations Near Brookhaven" for a complete list of area hotels.

Please Note: Invited speakers will be put up in the BNL Guest House or in a local hotel.

Remember, in order to stay in onsite lodging you must have completed and received approval to come on site through Brookhaven's Guest Information System.

• For reservations, please contact the Housing Office directly.
• All reservations are guaranteed and must be paid if not cancelled by 1:00 pm. on the day of arrival.
• Fees for onsite lodging are paid directly to the Housing Office, Building 400, upon check-in. Cash or Credit Cards (Visa, AMEX, Master Card) are accepted.

Accommodations Near Brookhaven

While the immediate vicinity around BNL has no large hotels, these establishments are within 45 minutes drive of the Lab. If you decide to stay offsite, it is your responsibility to call the local hotels directly and make your reservation.

The following two hotels are the closest to Brookhaven National Laboratory in distance (approx. 15-20 minutes in driving time). A major credit card will be necessary to hold your reservations until you check in. Check BNL's Hotels & Accommodations website for additional listings.

  The Radisson Hotel MacArthur Airport hotel is located at exit 63 on the Long Island Expressway (BNL is north of exit 68). Shuttle service to BNL will depart at 8:00 am from the hotel lobby. Shuttle service to hotel will depart at 5:00 pm from the NSLS (building 725) lobby.

  Rates: BNL Rate ($99/night) - Attendee should mention "Brookhaven National Laboratory" when making reservation to receive this rate. A major credit card will be necessary to hold your reservations until you check in. Rate includes a hot buffet breakfast in your room, wireless connections and Fitness Center.  Complimentary shuttle provided to and from LI MacArthur Airport.
