Training within the Light Sources Directorate is managed by the NSLS Training Coordinator. All Light Sources Directorate personnel are expected to have an individual Job Training Assessment (JTA) which defines the training requirements for the staff member. Each staff member is expected to maintain all training current in order to retain job qualification.
The NSLS Training Website provides guidance regarding the Training Office, orientation, training requirements, training courses, job-specific training requirements and other topics.
The NSLS Training Policy describes the overall training program.
