Betsy is the person who coordinates paperwork for all New Employees, Collaborators, Visiting Scientists, etc., as well as minors (under 18 years old) and Contractors and Vendors.

If you are bringing someone into the NSLS, please contact Betsy as early as possible to make sure all the paperwork is completed properly. Certain forms (such as BNL guest registration) must be completed at least 30 days before arrival.
