This training course material replaces LS-TRN-CRF-0013 since this is now
a “course material” document rather than a “course form.”
The changes made in transitioning the document from a “form” to
“material” were:
Revised training by (1) eliminating signature page for this training (2)
creating a separate web-based module for entry of course credit only and
simultaneously posting the module in the BTMS web-courses website. This
transition will:
(a) Allow training to be more readily available for trainees
(b) Apply immediate training credit to trainees’ training history
(c) Reduce staff effort by eliminating manual entry of course credit to
trainee’s training history
(d) Eliminate delay between completion and entry of course to trainee’s
training history
(e) Eliminate the need for printing paper, reducing use of resources
(paper, printers)
No technical changes were made. The title was changed to make it concise
and conform to other NSLS courses (beginning with the acronym “NSLS”). |
