VUV Ring Access Safety Orientation (LS-VUV-ACCESS)

Intended for anyone who requires unescorted access to the center of the VUV Ring. To complete this training:

• Read procedure LS-ESH-0013 "Controlled Access to the VUV Ring (Non-Maintenance Period)"
• Print, complete and sign the NSLS VUV Controlled Access Certification form, and bring it to the NSLS Control Room to be logged (Control Room staff will forward the completed form to the Training Coordinator.

Ops. Response to Chemical Spills (LS-OPS-SPILL)

Intended for NSLS Operations personnel responding to chemical spills at the NSLS. To complete this training:

• Contact the NSLS Safety Officer or Safety Engineer for training, which includes a review of LS-ESH-0004 "NSLS Operations Group Chemical Spill Response Procedure"
• Trainer completes and forwards the attendance roster to the Training Coordinator.

Ops. Response to Oxygen Deficiency Hazard (LS-OPS-ODHRESP)

Intended for NSLS Operations and Safety personnel responding to ODH alarms in Building 725. To complete this training:

• Contact the NSLS Safety Officer or Safety Engineer for training, which includes a review of LS-OPS-0049, "Operations Response to ODH alarms in Bldg 725"
• Trainer completes and forwards the attendance roster to the Training Coordinator.
