Encoded Access to the NSLS Experimental Floor

The Contractor's BNL ID card (if one is issued) will only be encoded for access to the NSLS after completion of the NSLS ESH Briefing for Contractors and radiological training at the GERT level or above. The type of encoding will be "timed access" to expire on the first expiration date of any training required for access to the NSLS.

The NSLS Training Coordinator can issue a memo to the BNL Badging Office requesting encoding to the experimental floor.

Alternatively, NSLS User Administration may also encode for the experimental floor as long as the training requirements listed above are met.
