How to Become an Exhibitor

On behalf of the 2002 NSLS Annual Users' Meeting and Workshops Committee, we would like to take this opportunity to announce the upcoming meeting which is to be held May 20-21, 2002. This year's meeting consists of three days of workshops. The Vendor and Equipment Exhibit, highlighting instrumentation and components related to synchrotron beamlines and experiments, will open at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, May 20, during the Welcome Reception held in Berkner Hall. The exhibit will close on Tuesday, May 21, at 5:00 p.m.

Vendor exhibits, posters and food will be located in close proximity to each other, in Berkner Hall. Vendor contributions are $1200 per table. There are only 20 locations available and are therefore on a first-come, first-served basis. Past attendees who register with contribution by February 14 will have priority for the available space.

To register, complete the Corporate Registration and Exhibit Profile Form and mail it together with your contribution payable to Brookhaven Science Associates to Nancye Wright, National Synchrotron Light Source, User Administration Office, Brookhaven National Laboratory, Building 725B, Post Office Box 5000, Upton, NY 11973-5000.

More detailed instructions will be provided to registered vendor participants.
